Athletics Registration Basketball

2023-2024 Basketball Registration is Closed.


Student Eligibility

All Saint Jude School & Parish Religious Education Students entering 5th-8th grade for 2023-2024 school year are eligible to play.

Season Commitment

Regular league play runs December-February with practices beginning in November. Tournaments may extend into March. Every eligible student who completes registration will be on a St. Jude team. Tryouts occur for grades with more than one team so teams may be split equally (grades 5th/6th) and by skill level (grades 7th/8th).

Registration Requirements

**Online registration, payment, AND Archdiocese required forms must be completed and received by registration deadline in order for your child to be placed on a team.

Basketball Fees: $195 per player

**If you are unable to pay or would like to request financial assistance for some or all of the registration fee, please contact the parish office for further assistance.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCT. 30, 2023. No registrations will be accepted after that date.

Archdiocese Required Forms

In order to participate in a parish sponsored sport, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee requires the following forms be completed for each student prior to participating in any practice or official games. Please note that physician signatures are required for the medical forms. St. Jude School Students should complete the forms through their PowerSchool account online. 

Religious Education Students should download the following forms, complete them, and send paper copies to St. Jude Parish Office c/o Athletic Association Registrar

Archdiocese Required Sports Forms

Refunds

St. Jude commits to league space and number of teams based on the number of students indicating their participation in each grade. Failure to field a registered team (due to athletes dropping out before/after splits or tryouts and team/game forfeits) results in penalty fees and possible league sanctions against the Saint Jude Athletic Association. The addition of teams after registration deadlines also results in penalty fees. Therefore, there will be no reimbursement of participation fees after the team registration deadline.

If you have more than one child playing this year, please complete a form for EACH player and adjust the quantity of students at checkout when paying. Thank you
