Student Eligibility
All Saint Jude School & Parish Religious Education Students entering 5th-8th grade for 2023-2024 school year are eligible to play.
Season Commitment
Regular league play runs September through October with practices beginning mid-August. Tournaments may extend into early November. Every eligible student who completes registration will be on a St. Jude team. Tryouts occur for grades with more than one team so teams may be split equally (grades 5th/6th) and by skill level (grades 7th/8th).
Registration Requirements
Online registration and payment must be completed by June 2, 2023 to hold a student's place on a Fall 2023 St. Jude the Apostle volleyball team.
Confirmation of registration will be sent the week of June 5.
** No students will be allowed to tryout or begin practices without completed registration, payment, and all medical forms **
Volleyball Fee: $175 per student
- $75 Athletic Fee: Covers cost of uniforms, team equipment, tournament fees
- $100 Parish Gym User Fee: Covers use of St. Jude gym facility, maintenance
**If you are unable to pay or would like to request financial assistance for some or all of the registration fee, please contact the parish office for further assistance.
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY June 2, 2023. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
Archdiocese Required Forms
In order to participate in a parish sponsored sport, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee requires forms be completed for each student prior to participating in any practice or official games. Mandatory 2023-2024 Athletic Forms
Refunds
St. Jude commits to league space and number of teams based on the number of students indicating their participation in each grade. Failure to field a registered team (due to athletes dropping out before/after splits or tryouts and team/game forfeits) results in penalty fees and possible league sanctions against the Saint Jude Athletic Association. The addition of teams after registration deadlines also results in penalty fees. Therefore, there will be no reimbursement of participation fees after the team registration deadline.

When you have successfully completed your registration form, you will be redirected to a payment page where you can pay through Paypal or with a credit/debit card. Payment is required to be considered fully registered.
